A New Step Forward
Your membership in WNATV Club is going digital. That’s right, we are stepping into the digital age with a Canadian owned and operated Membership Management System call Yapla from Montreal that has designed this system to enable nonprofit organizations manage daily tasks easily and efficiently. For our club this means an ability to enrol new and existing members, manage membership renewal dates and provides a communication portal directly to you via email campaigns, notices and reminders. On the backend of the system once fully setup will secure personal information in one location instead of the number of paper and spreadsheets systems currently managed by volunteers.
The roll-out of this new system at the no cost tier, thus far, has already begun with reminders to members are coming due beginning on May 13th of this year which is providing email reminders two weeks in advance of their due dates. Within this email they are directed to the enrolment portal where they will be able to complete or correct the information currently on existing membership accounts. If your membership is begins in the first four months of the year and are in good standing, you will not receive an email until sometime in late 2026 through to early 2027. For those with memberships coming due after this date, your email will come a few weeks before our records show it is to come due.

Here you will be able to start the login process by clicking the blue link “ Forgot password / First login” which will bring you to a page to enter your email address you provided the club originally. Once you have done this, you will receive an email with further instruction to complete the process. Have a look at your profile and complete any missing information. Rest assured that this will not be shared or sold for other purposes other that that of the club and what is gathered is used to assist in developing the club further. By example, the type of ride you have will help determine trail management when scouting new or existing trails.
The next part of the implementation is related to the club’s website. Here the new enrolment form will be directly linked to the new system so prospective new members can register automatically. Of course the ability to complete a form and use the snail mail process will still remain.
As we are moving towards a full implementation of this system we are expecting a few glitches along the way so the strategy will be to slowly turn things on and address concerns as they come forward. We ask that you use the rides@wnatvclub.com email to detail your issues and allow us some time to work towards a resolution being mindful that this is being done by volunteers.
