Well it was a beautiful day with a possibility of thundershowers but as luck would have it, all we had were blue skies and 30 degree temperatures.
19 bikes showed up….3 side by sides, 16 ATV’s with 21 riders in all.
The ride was a leisurely one with all bush trails and hardly any dust. The long water hazard proved to be no challenge at all for these expert riders. All took it in stride.
Stops were made at Finlayson Lake to enjoy the cool breeze and lunch at Camp Nine Lake under the red pine trees. We also detoured to a beautiful hardwood stand to hide from the sun and find shade.
Returned to the parking area by 2 :15. Thanks to all who participated and made the day an enjoyable one.
