King Run Ride Report

The long range forecast was rain for the day, then showers and it finally turned out to be sun and cloud.

Nine riders and bikes turned out to face the challenge of the ride with lots of rocky narrow trails. Luckily most of the water holes were dry so we could decide where to navigate. There were lots of moose tracks and oddly not too many flies.

All went as expected with lunch at the hunter’s camp and stops at the pole line and Langevin’s camp. We got back to the parking area at 3:30 PM, tired but pleased with the day.

One of our riders had a flat tire on his truck. However, another had a plug kit, compressor and did the necessary repairs. It’s always nice to see the support when needed.

Without a doubt, a great time was had by all the riders.
