Upcoming Annual General Membership Meeting

Another year has passed and it is time for our Annual General Membership meeting (AGM) scheduled for April 29, 2026 at the Sturgeon Falls Comfort Inn beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the main meeting room.  As a Not-for -Profit organization, this meeting is an annual requirement which provides the opportunity for members to set the direction of the club for the next year and receive a number of reports on club activities, finances and future goals that the club’s executives have been administrating on your behalf over the off season.

The meeting agenda and financial reports are being finalized over the next couple of weeks in preparation for the meeting and will be made available as you enter the meeting room.  Additionally, as a legal requirement, positions on the board are available and you will have the opportunity to put your name forward to revitalize the direction of the club with your ideas and enthusiasm.  The club is only as active as its volunteers including those that guide rides and administer the functions of the executive team.  We ask that you consider stepping forward to become a board members to help continue the viability of the club for years to come.  

As a reminder, this meeting is open to everyone who shares our common interest in our sport so we ask that you invite your friends, family and acquaintances to help further grow our club and the enjoyment of our regional trails.
